    New lathe tool finished today

    IMG_1106.jpgIMG_1107.jpg

Finished the machining on the new Knurling tool today its together and tested it out with the finest rolls I have, tested both in steel and aluminum.
Only one thread in it 5/16 24 right hand the jaws "float" to give center loading, and makes set up center less important Jaws are dovetailed into body and slide under spring tension. The hand wheel for adjusting also doubles as a dripper to put oil on the rolls as its knurling. This will go from 1/4" to 2"in this set up flip jaws over and it is 2"-4"
