Got a reply from them about the email and text I sent on my order and was told mine was almost up and should be ready next week . I replied ok but what were steps to cancel if wasn't ready next week and was told could cancel anytime as long as wasn't already in precess of being made . Decided to go ahead and cancel . Got a chance to get that other mold and if this was like when told mine would be made next day then would miss out chance on the other mold . This has turned into a not very good experiance this time thru with them . And read some posts other places with them getting told how quick a order would done and not been true so confidence has really fallen off .
