I went and attended Wednesday night's service for him at Dream City Church, where he was based out of. His pastor told stories of how they met and joined efforts. I expected a more somber crowd. But the regulars who knew him were remarkably upbeat and not sulking or acting defeated. Everyone there knew he had done as God had charged him to do and were confident in his reward. There was sadness, of course. But it was countered by renewal of spirit in all who were attending, recommitting themselves to living virtuously and going forth boldly as Charlie had, undeterred and unafraid.

I also spotted a lot of sheepdogs there, trying very hard to not be obvious they were sheepdogs. I had thought the mood might be a tad paranoid, but it wasn't. No one seemed concerned that someone might consider this a tempting target. Everyone was at ease,...except for maybe the sheepdogs.

This is likely the same location where his funeral service will be. I witnessed some high level Phoenix PD brass speaking with the staff, perhaps already pre-planning for the huge Presidential and D.C. entourage that will show up. Traffic here in Phoenix is gonna be a nightmare that day.

Charlie was a great advocate for many good things and his passing is a big loss for our country. We've certainly been praying for his family and will continue to do so.

RIP Charlie Kirk.
He had some awesome debating skills, probably on par with William F Buckley. If Charlie would have been able to live a long life, he surely would have become a world renowned American legend.

I heard it argued today convincingly that Charlie was going to be President. He still had 14 years to go before he was statutorily qualified to hold the office. But just look at how much he had accomplished and achieved and what he had built in just the prior 14 years. I hadn't thought of it before, but it seems obvious now;...he was a future President. And they took him out before he could even get as far as JFK.
