    .327 magnum loads

I have a lot of .327 brass, I purchased an RCBS 32-098 swc mold and I’m having trouble finding load data for it. I have the Lyman cast handbook but doesn’t specifically list this bullet. HAs anyone used this bullet for general use and have any ideas about load data, Thanks

can you find data for something similar in weight and driving band profile?.. should be a safe starting point. the stuff forward past the ogive matters less

You can also use 32hr data in a 327 case same way you use 38 data in 357 cases

Thanks soundguy. Saeco makes a similar weight and keith style but the rcbs is longer. I will start with that but was looking for something specific based on how popular this bullet is.

I've loaded 327 mag cases with that bullet using, 4.5gr of Red Dot or 5.0 gr of WW231. Never chronoed it but fairly mild loads.

You give a bullet, but did not really give enough info for us to give you recommendations that would be most helpful.

I have Quickload and like to help others with runs that may be useful. Good inputs are needed be most helpful. These include:

    Powder(s) of interest
    Barrel length (breech to muzzle)
    Bullet weight
    Bullet length
    COAL
Desired power level, pressure or something similar
