    The full cock notch on the tumbler is a right angle cut. I’m thinking I should file the sear tooth to match it.
    The tip of the sear tooth is already rounded as is the mating surface of the full cock notch on the tumbler. I may be wrong but as long as I’m holding the trigger down the sear won’t be able to seat into the half cock notch.
