I know that for sure. Ive had a few .357s I let go and kick myself for it. One was a early Dan Wesson. Another was a Colt Python. Both were real good shooters. When I was in my early 30s I killed a fox over 100 yards with that Python. Partly luck, but not all luck. And I did not think it was a big feat of marksmanship. Friends and myself regularly lined up clay pigeons on a 100 yard berm and proceeded to bang away at them while resting on a bench. It was good practice. Yea the gun was very accurate, but the real factor was 30 year old eyes that can really focus on the top of the front site. Pretty tough to shoot a handgun well if you cant do that. Dont care how accurate the gun is.
The GP100 I have now will suffice for the short shots I would be taking with these old eyeballs.
