    Hoch Molds

There is an auction in town tonight with many molds including 3 Hoch nose pour molds, two are for 45-70, the other I believe for a .30 caliber. Is there much of an interest for them? They have been well kept. Also there were several home made and altered molds that were interesting and bizarre to look at. One with 3" thin metal handles.

My Hoch 38-55 mold is great in every way. Someone will want that 45-70 mold, perhaps many.

They were great molds! I had a number of them for 375's and 458's.

Wow…Paul Jones…a name from a long time ago.

I bought a Star reloader from him.

Score times eight! Names like Paul Jones, Hoch, Brooks, and Darr among others are slowly fading into the past. I wonder what will happen to my Brooks 32 mould for my 32 Dell and my two Darrs for my 40 Maynard when I’m gone. People are just forgetting these old pros, and it’s a major pity.
