barnabus, boss man, we going to have to have a bit more info on what you’re trying to accomplish here! I guarantee you someone will help you out!

You want to match the wad type to the hull type, tapered with tapered or straight with straight, to maintain an effective gas seal.

You might want to purchase the Lyman Shot shell manual to get a variety of load info. Boomer81 also has a load that works very well in my Hasting barreled 870. His load is based upon a load from the Lyman Shot shell 5th edition. If you search this forum you should be able to find it. If not the load uses Federal 12ga 2 3/4 plastic base wad cases, Federal 209A primers, Ballistic Products 12ga Trap commander wad, 37gr of Longshot powder. This load is fold crimped, not roll crimped. In fact Lyman does not fold crimp any of their 525gr slug loads. Only the Foster slug loads are roll crimped by Lyman.

The BPI manual will have the info for the Chedditte hulls, they're the importer for them.

I do not recall the data but I purchased some of those slugs from a seller years ago, ended up using Claybuster CB6118-12s with great success in straight wall BP 2.75” Multihulls.
