    hello everyone

The same friend who gave me the rusty molds sent me this photo, so I'm going to start asking how to put them in order soon.

Everything you'll need to know for that Lyman 45 Lube Sizer can be found in the Lyman 45 buying guide and cleanup instructions thread.

One of the most important things to do when cleaning up a rusty Lyman 45, is to carefully remove the guide rods. remove top nuts, cleanup the rust on top so you can carefully slide the rods out of the cast iron mounting frame. You want to limit any damage to that frame as it is crucial for alignment. If the rods are too far gone (they don't look real bad, just mentioning a word of caution) they are easy to duplicate with 5/16" rod, but if you damage or remove too much iron from the inside of the frame guide holes, then the whole thing is junk.

I have one and I installed a 450 Lyman piston in the tube with double 0rings. The dies are different from a 450. <no 0rings and a screw to hold them in.>Yours looks very fixable.
