What do the Watchmen see?

SO, Bama had a great idea.....I will start it.

We are called to be watchmen. So...Watchmen, what do you see? What are you watching for?

I look for the western wall to come down...some unholy garbage temple being built in its place.

One of the bigger things I look for can be found in Zechariah 8:23 10 men out of every language...Hmm...sounds familiar if you study the Revelation given to John doesn't it? I look for world wide consolidation of power. It must be a process because not even satan could seize power all at once. Watch for 'alliances' and political amalgams.

3rd on my list is what we should ALL be watching for. Two men that stick out like a sore thumb in the coming one world system. Telling a truth that the masses reject and despise.




Now, in the back of my mind I also watch for something that will get me labeled a nut. ...and that's fine, I couldn't care less what men think of me. I look for "Aliens". I do NOT believe there is such a thing...at least none we will ever meet in this flesh. BUT the Nephilim return and how do they get here? Angels do not have wings to fly here....that's a tradition men made up. You can find the mode of transportation in Ezekiel....finely polished bronze. They left their place of habitation...angered our Father so bad they are judged to perish already....but we know they return when Micheal gives his brother the boot. What we think of as aliens and flying saucers have always had an explanation in the Word if we would just put away the traditions of men and open our minds and hearts to the Spirit of the living God.

Our Savior came to earth to "...testify to the Truth."

He commissioned us to spread the Good News to all nations, to pick up our cross and follow.
He warned we would be hated, for telling the Truth. So tell it anyway.

Seems to me we have tried to delegate, hire out the job of Watchman, and without success.
(Our local county deputies are doing a fine thankless job and we have unshackled the Border Patrol)

So if and if we are Watchmen, our reach is arm's length, our Bible our only book.

Yes...some people also believe a little tin horn general named Titus was the Desolator. LOL!!! What a joke. I feel like that IS a section of the original wall & it was left there by The Most High as a signal for HIS faithful watchmen. HE IS in control.

I go to the Good Book and look for the foretold stuff... and there is plenty in both the OT and NT, for the sake of space, I have just listed a few
Some things are complete, Some are in Transition and the Big "at the doorstep" stuff is on the verge...

It would appear that the revealing of the "Son of Perdition" also known as the Abomination of Desolation is the one thing that can not be confused with anything other then what it is.

2 Peter chapter 3:2-4

2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

2nd Timothy reads almost like an inventory list of mainstream mankind as it sets today, more so then at any other time in History

I do think it will be an actual famine, and here is why...

First, if you have ever been in a natural disaster small or large you know that the first thing that happens is the store shelves go empty and the supply train shuts down. (imagine end times events setting up for the curtain drop)
Take for example Manhattan, 1.6 million folks eating 3 squares is roughly 5.8 million meals a day. How many days without trucks rolling before you have a famine and those folks descend on other communities like locust and devour everything in sight... Starving dead bodies = Famine which then turns in to disease which is the Pestilence part. All those starving diseased folks begging for someone to save them.

I probably should have put Revelation 6 with the others I listed as they are Parallel passages illustrate the famine "A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny"
You are correct there is currently a spiritual famine... No doubt about that!
But these Prophecies are talking about a Food famine, wheat, barley and such.

Revelation 6:6
6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Secondly, If we take a look at Matthew 20:2 we see that a Penny refers to a full days wage.
Lets use $200.00 as what the average person days wages today. A handful of wheat for $200.00, try to feed your family with that.

What causes the famine and pestilence? Economic collapse, Natural or man-made disaster, one-world currency shut down... all of the above, none of the above? Doesn't matter it is going to happen because it is written.

If you take the average persons wage...subtract taxes...bills...food...basic logistics like fuel.....they are left with NOTHING. How many people do you know that live paycheck to paycheck. These people are already in fulfillment of that prophecy. They work all week just to survive and eat. They are left with nothing past that. Most people in this country are just one catastrophe away from destitution. How much of the average person's wages are still in their pocket after usury?

Ezekiel 33: Part and parcel is that you must sound the warning or the blood is on your hands, even when no one wants to believe the impending danger is real. I've long been of the mind that an intentional perversion of Ezekiel 33 is why "they always show you what they're going to do". That if you're shown what's coming and do nothing to stop it then your blood is on your hands.

This is a serious question....Why does it matter?

I try to live my life as well as I can even though I fall to sin like everyone else. But I do not justify my sin.

God is in control of it all or He is not God.

Man will do as man has done for millennia...thirst for power and control and use the name of God to justify his actions. Today, there are more men who are a bit more "honest" and not using God to justify their greed and lusts.

There are many members at my church who get their undies in a knot over Revelations and the second coming. They want to be right and try to make things fit their narrative. Why does it matter? Will you live your life differently if Jesus returns tomorrow, next year, in a decade or in another century? If so, maybe you are focusing on the wrong things.

People have been doing this for 2000 years. One generation will get it "right" but so far every one of them was wrong. One thing for sure. Every generation gets close to the event and God chuckles at our efforts to predict His actions.

Don you are entirely correct. But very very few are the big churches that actually preach revelation.

I think they are doing their members a disservice. They should be educating hard.

Zadokite I do not think the Jewish third temple is going to be built on temple mount.

Not counting whatever the antichrist might have built.

Mark 13:32–37 is a passage where Jesus stresses that, though He spoke of the coming end times and the signs of its approach, only God the Father knows the exact day or hour of His return. Therefore, believers must remain watchful, vigilant, and spiritually alert, living each day as if it could be the last, rather than idly waiting or trying to predict the future.

I found the above in a search and it spells out where I stand on the subject.

I see too many trying to predict the future that only God knows. Even Jesus did not know.

We should live trying to be as good a Christian as we can and not worry about fitting the events of the day to predict we are eminently approaching end of times. We will be approaching end of times every day until it happens.
