Hey, have an idea to make some bullet pencils from 303 cases, but would prefer not to melt the lead from projos I have. Does anyone make empty 303 cups for coring? I have seen some in other calibers.

I'm not sure what you are asking. You would have to cut off the rims from a .303 case (Savage or British) to use it as a jacket. While there are no companies that make form cores, they are part of the process and any swagger has them.
Can you elaborate on what you are asking?
