I decided I wasn't going to let my time left on this rock limit me. I have more stuff than I'll ever use even if I try as hard as I can. But what's left when I punch out my sons will use or it's money in the bank for them. I don't see prices on this stuff going down, only up.

Besides, if things ever go sideways for us, my stash excess is trade/barter fodder for other things I might need that I can't produce myself and cash is worthless. Gotta think long game.

This is a huge understatement. After my first 1000 pounds of wheel weights, I told myself I'm good to go. Then I hit a ton, then 2 tons... WHY? What am I doing at this point? lol

    Its oddly satisfying though

Not sure which I enjoy more. The scrap hounding, the processing of the scrap, the alloying, the casting, the load development, the random shooting, or the hunting with a slug or ball that I made myself.

May's well just say it's all one thing and I enjoy it.......

I also enjoy just feeding the addiction and always looking to ad to the stash.
