    marlin rear sight

    i am restoring a 1897 marlin. would like to install a rear "peep" sight on the rear strap. there are 2 holes with filler screws. does anyone know what sight will fit. i assume that it is a "flip up" sight ???

    I replied to your other post. It's called a "tang sight". Available on Midway.

    There is a guy that makes some nice ones but I can’t remember his name.
    He has a segment on a gun related show called “Trigger Time”.
