Here at our house we like :

Crystal , Louisiana Pure , Hot Sauce
    Louisiana Brand Hot Sauce
    Tiger Sauce original Hot Sauce
Sweet Baby Ray's Original Hot Sauce
    Tabasco Green Pepper Hot Sauce
Tabasco Original Hot Sauce ( Red Pepper)

And use them in the order listed , Crystal , Louisiana Brand and Tabasco Green Pepper are our favorites . I like Tiger Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauces ... especially on Red Beans ... but my wife doesn't care for them that much .

That green Tabasco sauce is great for pinto's n cornbread. Lot's of jalapeno flavor with not much heat for folks sensitive to it. Don't get me wrong I love my hot stuff too.

I like the Jalapeno flavor and reduced heat also ... you have to be careful with Red Pepper Tabasco when putting it on food ... it can get too hot !
But the Green Pepper Jalapeno Tabasco is a real winner with us .

Chipotle tobacco for sprinkling on stuff. Tough to beat smoked jalapeños.

Bullard's is great & easy on the pocket book! I use a 1/2 bottle to coat my brisket as a binder before applying the rub. Great on soups & seafoods & of course mexican dishes. Standard condiment around here.

I am glad I looked into this thread Tabasco and some other hot sauces with to much vinegar have been causing me issues for the last few years . El Yucateco is one that does not bother me I really liked the black label smoked flavor but have not seen it in a while .

    Crystal and texas Pete's.
I did make a homemade jalapeño hotsause that turned out real nice as well. When you cook it on the stove it will cure every clogged sinus in the house.

While I have made a number of batches of fermented hot sauces from scratch, lately I have been making more of a "semi homemade" type. I take a habanero, seed it, add it to a cup of Crystal hot sauce then puree everything with a hand blender. This kicks up the heat a lot and while we use regular Crystal sauce too the souped up version seems to go away faster.

My inspiration came when I got a smaller bottle of Crystal extra hot that we also liked. But when it was empty and I already had a quart of the regular and a habanero in the fridge and we have been doing this since.

Been using Cholula lately. Not really hot, but I like the flavor. Also, I feel it needs to be said...

Not a sauce but every year I dehydrate my jalapenos and grind them in a coffee grinder to make tasty pepper.
I dont know anyone that likes Tabasco including me, but we all like Cholula.

Maya Ik. Not easy to find. I first discovered it in a grocery in South Houston that catered to Hondurans (they said). Smoky, not all that hot. Found it again in Ann Arbor, but I don't live there anymore, so I have to get it onlne.

Other favorite is a chinese hot oil, but the really good brand is Kadoya, (Japanese). Use sparingly.
