Not a hot sauce but this is one of my favorites! Great on steamed veggies, meats, beans and especially avocados! Popcorn. Cold pasta salad etc

I like Franks on wings so we mostly use that. I use Crystal hot sauce also. I have started using chili crisp a lot.

Depends - for just heat, Tabasco. For Hot and Sour Soup - Siracha. For general TexMex = Choulula Chili Lime.

I use Tabasco and Cholula but usually make my own - one clove of garlic, one jalapeno and one medium tomato. Char under the broiler then puree, salt to taste, and serve warm. It will keep for about a week in the fridge so only make what you need.

What are you looking for? Flavor? Heat? Less vinegar. For snacking, adding to the pot when cooking, or pour on chips when snacking GW

Tapatio. Flavor is amazing and no vinegar. My #1 go-to.
    Cholula is great.
Rooster sauce (Sriracha) is good. Hoping supply remains.
Grew up on Tabasco and still prefer it on some things.

Aside from those, I'll try just about anything!

    Crystal!

Like their steak sauce, too. Almost half the sodium than the other famous brands.

Cholula and Tabasco here...all flavors/heats. The Cholula Chili/Lime is amazing on fish or shrimp tacos.
