Is reloading 444 Marlin for 410 different than reloading for 410 hulls? What powders are safe to use and in what quantities? Thanks in advance.

Shot cups are too loose in the 444 case, if you use them you will need a cardboard wad and maybe a felt wad to help seal the gas. I just prime and use 12-13 grains of 2400 or H110 a couple cardboard and felt wads and 1/2 ounce of shot and glue in a overshot card. Look at a shotgun manual to get an idea where you are at. Go to your other thread and read the link to Grant Cunningham, it is a good one.
Standard 410 loads needs slow pistol type powder 2400, H110 and Lil Gun. You can load light pest loads with 80-90 grains of shot and 5-6 grains of Unique. Usefull little guns.
