Top dead center appears to be a priming ram for a press
bottom dead center looks tro be a puller used in fixing watches.
right appears to be a deburring chamfering tool.
On the left I dont know
Thanks gent,
Bingo on the little puller for watches. Found similiar items on ebay when using search term " watch gear puller". Gizmo on the left is stamped "30-06" and I wonder if it is a primer seater that might fit a certain press?
Also believe you are right on the Deburring tool. It is made by Lyman but I can find no referece to it on on line.
The smaller priming seating post is for the old Lyman presses... I can't tell from the picture whether it is standard for the J type shell holders or "Special T" for use with the shell holder adaptors (to use universal shell holders).
I recognized the deburring tool as well but the watchmaker's tool eluded me. I guessed at the big priming post but have no idea what press it might fit.

Frog,
The box contained three J type shell holders so I'm sure you are correct on the small primer seating post. Also, on ebay I found a listing for just the "head" part of the deburring tool. The tool seems really well made but must not have been better than the chamfering/deburring tool common today.
Thank you!
On the mystery primer seater, is that a Lyman J type shell holder? If yes, I can only posit that it must be somebody’s well made home built unit, probably intended to be mounted on some sort of press. I can’t imagine Lyman making it (except perhaps as a prototype).

Any function I can imagine for the mystery tool would require some means of holding the case in place. Is it possible that this is another watchmaker’s tool?
BTW, what are the numbers on your J-type shell holders? Any real oddballs?

That puller looks a bit large for watch repair work, but just about right for pulling wheels off axles of HO scale model trains. A hobby I haven't pursued since childhood, but back then I was in it pretty deeply.
Cognitive Dissident
The deburring tool supposedly deburs and chamfers simultaneously, once properly adjusted. I have found that it does neither one very well, and mine remains in 'The Box.' You know, the box full of stuff that seldom gets used.

I don't suppose Lyman discontinued this because it worked too good?
