The diameter is going to be a problem but if you could spin them, maybe could even do it with a file

I've got a 0.8x0.85 mold on order. worst case scenario, it was a waste of $130.
I did some more shooting today with my 84-1200 bullets and had great results using new primers. Really only downside to my current load is the recoil will wear you down pretty quick, so your limited to around 4-6 shots before you need a few days to recover.
I figured out pictures! Here are the two targets from today. I suspect my lube is failing me, which may be why the second target is spread out.

Range was around 47 yards.
I'm not sure what you mean by "what distance were the barrels regulated for?" and if I'm misunderstanding, please forgive me. A properly regulated gun typically has the two POI's within around an inch or so of each other with the left barrel always being on the left and the right barrel always being on the right (although the two groups will overlap with spread). A simple way of explaining this would be; if you put a laser in the center of each barrel, the lasers should never cross (its more complicated than that, but it's a decent rough explanation).
Here is the design I ended up with:

I'm just waiting for it to arrive so I can try it out.
