Looking at the MP 358-640 mold for my Colt Government MK IV .380 pistol. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks in advance.

It is fairly blunt.
Have you already tried a few to see if they will function in your particular pistol ?
Nope, I have not. That was one of my concerns about it.
I loaded one of those in a 9mm once and it seemed too big. I didn’t think I could get enough powder in it, and the HP got crushed by the seating stem.

MP molds seem to be design for revolvers. Gigantic meplats in the calibers I shoot. I looked at their .40 cal molds tonight - not one will feed through my Sig P320.
Well, ended up buying a four cavity Lyman 356632 mold, with nutcracker handle. Works great in my Colt .380 MK IV Government.
