Most fireworks suppliers sell what you need to make caps no secret there but you usually have to buy a pound of each component witch will last you the rest of your life and five other peoples lives. Its cheap especial in the long run. Aardvark reloading gives you all the info you need to make caps or primers. Worth looking at on the internet. I make my own now and will till i die.
Dont pee down my back and tell me its raining.
Yep. Grandsons (12 & 13) coming for Christmas/New Year break. I intend to extend School Hours; and give them Science & Shop Lessons on making Primers and Caps for the Hawken Kits I bought them.
I like Skylighter.com for many of my chemicals.

Thats where i got my stuff. Went out to the range today and shot a bunch with my caps and they work great. I have been making primers but still refining my method trying to get better reliability. been making EPH25 the non corrosive kind for my centerfire stuff. Im using H-42 for my caps. Eather one makes good caps.
