Ruger Biseley Hunter stainless; bought thru Ruger warranty service to replace my Super Redhawk .480. The Biseley seems somewhat better built and has a nice trigger right from the box.
My last was a used Pietta 1851 Navy. Turns out it's a very nice shooter, the previous owner appears to have worked on it and took very good care of it.

Ruger stainless Bisley Blackhawk, 3.75" barrel, convertible .45 Colt/.45 acp. It's surprisingly heavy for its size.

PSA Dagger, a Glock 19 clone, $300. I just couldn't pass it up. Glock's patent must have expired because several mfrs. are making their own version that accepts Glock parts. Shoots just like a Glock plus steel sights, forward slide cuts. Sometimes you can find a daily deal for $250.
Here's my latest...a Springfield SA-35 BHP clone. Great gun...good trigger right out of the box and accuracy that's a pleasure to see....~1" groups at 10-12 yds from a Weaver Stance with handloads. It's a good design that's 'fixed' many of the classic FN and Browning gripes: crummy sights, magazine disconnect, thick stocks, execrable triggers, safety levers that were impossible to use one-handed, and mediocre accuracy.
With 400+ rounds of mostly handloads through mine, I've yet to have a malfunction of any kind. It feeds virtually anything from factory FMJ's, HP's to hand assembled lead alloy LSWC's. And accuracy is superb. Mine does equally well with LSWC's from Missouri Bullet Co. to American Eagle FMJ's...~1" at 10-12 yds from an unsupported position no less.
Springfield can be justly proud of this pistol...it's a true winner...better than either of my Brownings (.40 BHP Standard & 9mm Practical).
Here's the pic....I replaced the entirely usable factory grips with a pair of cocobolo's from Hogue. The holster is one I made up for my other two BHP's. Rod

Do any of you know of a maker of a holster like the one Rodfac made? I've also got an SA-35 that could use one. GF
