Just picked up a bargain #45 lubrisizer.
It’s missing one of the thumb/set screws.
Can anyone tell me the size/thread? WAG looks about 10-32.

Need to read thru this one, I believe all you will ever need to know about a old 45 is in there

It's 10-36.
and near impossible to locate an original or even a acceptable alternative.
What I did on one unit, was to D&T the crosshead mounted on the bottom of the slide rods to 10-32 and just buy some standard setscrews for that, as they never need adjusting and are not adjustable anyway. Then use the two 10-36 thumbscrews from that for replacement in areas where adjustment is frequent.
edit:
be aware that the thumbscrew for the depth adjust is different than the others. While it's still 10-36, it has a fiber tip so it doesn't damage the tiny threads on the depth adjustment sleeve. As that fiber ages, it can go bad, then an alternative tip should be inserted, like copper or nylon.

Turned out it had been replaced with a set screw.
I had to get out the magnifying glass to see it.
BTW, it’s the middle one that holds the die in.

I’ve had some success rethreading a screw with threads that are close to the correct ones. In this case you’d need a 10-36 dies and rethread s 10-32. No, it won’t work as well as the real thing.
If you're going to re-tap have you considered a metric screw. IIRC a size 10 screw is about 5mm, and a 36 TPI is close to a .75 metric thread pitch.
taps and dies for that size are available on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Burkit-No-10-.../dp/B09ZV96LBK with those and a lathe, you can do anything...
