You should send a PM to Dutchman. He's got extensive experience with the 8x58RD and loads for it.

Thanks haven't used this forum much will try
As a rule, though not absolute, I don't supply load data to people new to the forum. Considering all the variables involved it would be imprudent to do so without due diligence. My experience with 8x58RD has been limited to cast bullet loads.
Early on, couple decades ago, I extrapolated data using Reloder 7 and proceeded to bang the gong @ 200 yds but in doing so noted excessive (IMO) case obturation. I deemed that load as being too much for a rolling block and I will never share that load data.
Loading data for 140 year old firearms is an exercise in caution. Safe to say extreme caution. There is very little room for error when that firearm receiver is right in front of your face and you're experimenting with previously unknown power levels. Rolling blocks ~do~ come apart and are very capable of killing the shooter. I will not assist in that endeavor for anybody.
This data below has been shared before.

Whatever load data you use start low and work up. That simple and ageless advise serves the great purpose of keeping you alive a little longer. The link below has the most well researched information on 8x58RD.
Pay attention to the cautions....
