I finally found a 480 Ruger, now the problem is finding ammo or even find brass to reload. I noticed that Starline has 475 Linbough brass, is it possible to just shorten the Linbough brass to 480 length?

Hope you get some brass so you can get out and enjoy that revolver, it’s a lot of fun but it also eats a lot of lead.
Yes, dig out a backstop, fill it with river or sandbox sand, then use a simple home-made sifter to recover the lead. We're Green we always recycle! GF
For 45-70 brass, you would need to turn the rim down also.
It's been about 8 years ago now but when we were spending our winters in Arizona I noticed nobody was reclaiming the bullets from the berms & we were shooting 3 matches a week. So I built a box with a screen in it & took it with us one year & would go up early on Sunday mornings before it got to hot & I would probably get close to 4-5 lbs every shovel full, it was crazy how many bullets were in those 4 berms. I estimated I had 2,200 lbs of lead when we came home that year. I didn't even come close to getting all of it.
