thats a corbin press, just go to his site and you can figure it all out. the letters have to do with what the dies produce.

My best guess without pictures. I have Richard Corbin equipment.
L is Lead point die and punches
P is Point form die and punches
S is Swage die and punches to form a lead core
R
CB could be Cup Base, probably a punch
RN could be Round Nose
