What do I do?
At room temp, I always measure solids by weight and liquids by volume. The exception is Vaseline, I measure by volume.

By weight has always been close enough for me, it keeps everything on the same system of measurement. I was given a very nice Ohaus scale but it's calibrated in grams. Grams to pounds is easy. Quarts and ounces to pounds to grams is a headache I don't need.
