Try aardvarkreloading.com They may be able to help ??
You may want to ask this in the Muzzleloading section.
A vote for anyone other then the conservative candidates is a vote for the liberal candidates.
You might be able to make one if you have access to a lathe and mill (or know someone). I had a percussion cap maker and several gas check makers made by a friend at work. It make be difficult to have the "wings" on the musket cap, but it might be possible to omit these and just have a "huge percussion cap". Just a thought.
Powder Valley had Musket caps not to long ago.

Male Guanaco out in dry lakebed at 10,800 feet south of Arequipa.
No need for the wings, CCI makes them with wings and without.

So why are there wings on some primers and some have more wings than others?
The majority of the wingless musket caps I’ve seen were made when they started selling inline muzzle loaders, but after they developed a way to use #209 shotgun primers, which supposedly give a better spark, that market died quickly.
Of course #10 and #11 pistol caps are much smaller and AFAIK, they are all wingless. I’ve seen (in fact I shoot) a carbine that uses #11 size caps.
