Same size for me.
I have only been doing PC for a year, now-- and not all my firearms, but in both pistol and rifle, so far, same size seems to work fine.

Forgot. If you are sizing them quite a bit, then sizing them before and after PC makes it a bit easier. PC adds .002-.003" to the bullet dia.
I have plenty of reloading time available. I use 2 coats of Hi-Tec coating and I resize after each application. I do this for 9 mm because I need 0.358”.

The same size works for me, except that on a few I needed the extra thousandths pc adds.
