Picked these up at a yard sale all 3 for $5. They were dirty, rode hard, had years of crud stuck to the handles, Hi-Carbon had rust and knicks throughout the blade. They took to cleaning, I ran the worst blade on the burr king to remove the knicks. Removed the rust with wet and dry, treated the wood with beeswax and mineral oil mix, then hand sharpened each to shaving sharpness.

14" Clyde Cutlery High Carbon Butcher Knife. These were often used by the US Military, they were usually marked with the date from WWII to Vietnam era. This one has the logo barely visible and no date.
