HOLLYWOOD Collector Left hawg 405#, right one 315#, had my elderly neighbors granddaughter treed and why I got the call. Both charged, one from 20' and one from 40'. Thanks to the good Lord and Samuel Colt I won. May God bless our Lawmen & Soldiers!
It's a current production press.

Interesting way to go. A little difficult to see the linkages clearly from the black on black colour scheme. I like the way it works with the stand. For mounting on a wood bench I might be a bit concerned with how close together the mounting bolts are.
Got an RCBS and about 3 backup presses so not really in the market for another.
My local dealer has one on display, it's a nice press, though not to large physically. I could own one and enjoy using it. All it takes is $$$.
Been around for a few years as far as I know!
My shooting buddy bought one last summer.
He is very happy with it.
they sent me some info, as i was mec dealer.
they didnt like what i said about it . its not wide enough for large hands . and too pricey to sell .
but they have made many mistakes in the past.
I have one of these presses and love it. Very strong, very smooth, and the claims about producing very concentric cartridges are true. There is no way to prime on the press, however, unless you use a ram-prime tool of some sort.
A couple of years ago, I got fed up with my Rockchucker throwing primers everywhere & I didn't want to buy a plastic press-cpap off ebay for it. So I chucked the chucker & bought the MEC Marksman with stand. GREAT press! Loads very precise ammo, runs super smooth, powerful stroke & plenty of working room around the ram window. There are a lot of YouTubes videos by users if anyone is interested. They all are seem to be like me - recommend it highly!

several years back when these were first introduced I gave them careful consideration. I went with a Co-Ax. Not because it was better but figured my Rockchucker filled the MEC niche well enough, but it was a near thing decision. They appear to by fine single stage presses though.
