Lyman 446110 mould as cast (about .447/448) for my standard 67/77 infantry rifle and the same mould sized to .440/441 for my 67/77 jaegar rifle with tighter bore. I also use the Lyman 439186 mould as cast for the jaeger rifle. They’re both in the 340-370 grain ball parks.
Using the 50-110 brass neck thickness limits me to the .447/448 on infantry rifle to chamber size without neck turn/ream but I’m lazy right now. I’m willing to bet the stretched open 348 brass would be better for my needs.
I use a lighter 4227 smokeless load because it’s what I have on hand. I have not chrono’d my loads or taken them to outdoor range.
I also partially neck size only with a carbide lee 45 colt die.
thanks' guys for all of the great help.
