I’m thinking perhaps annealing after Form Die #2 and before running them through the FL size die w/guts out of it.
If they were lube dents, they really don’t bother me, but I know where they come from and just make sure I use less lube. I’m concerned these will split. They aren’t dents, they are creases.
This is a first for me to see these creases. The brass in once fired Winchester 30-30
I use a CH Form Die #0, CH Form Die #1, then RCBS Form Die #2, then CH Form Die #2 then FL size them. Then cut the necks off and run the cases through the annealing machine before running them through the RCBS FL Size Die with the decapping rod and expander ball back in it.
I have RCBS Form Die #1 and Form Trim that I don’t use.
