It's been raining all day, got the last of the 44Mag deprimed and in the wet tumbler, about 500 pieces. The new 6 inch 44 Mag makes the full loads feel like Specials compared to the 4 inch, hope to be shooting more.

I converted an old Lee .356 hand sizing die to .360 to size bullets for a .38 S&W Webley revolver. I also loaded a 150 .44 magnums with a Lee 215 gr.
WC bullet, that has been coated with Bullet corp coating and sized to .430
I disassembled some old 16 gauge shells to reuse the primers and shot to load .410 shells. We have three .410 shotguns here and no 16 gauge shotguns-so why the heck not?

I've done it several times. And I re-use them, too. They always go bang for me.

Thanks
Might want to at least wear safety glasses. A face shield would be better. I have reclaimed a few primers but not many and never had a problem...you just never know if Murphy is around the corner.
I look at it like wearing glasses when I shoot. I have never needed them after touching off about 500,000 rounds in my lifetime, but still wear glasses...just a "silly" habit I suppose.
Or maybe I have been lucky.

Wish I could figure out picture posting…after a long recovery from a mangled hand last January I was finally able to get back to casting for .45 cal rifle. I received a couple of REALLY nice 400 and 535 grain molds from Steve Brooks molds right before the dog got ahold of me (long story…) and my left hand.
In the recovery period I read everything I could about casting premium BPCR bullets but these molds made my job easy, cast about 50 *really* nice 400 grain PB bullets without a whole lot of pain and am going to cast some 535 grainers tomorrow. SO great to be back in my shop!

Sized and lubed 500 SWC for my 45 ACP.
Produced 280 round balls, soft lead .452” for 1858 Cap and Ball Remington style pistol. Also chopped about 1/8” off front sight to get it on target at 25 yards, been about 1’ low, will shoot and adjust as required.also pc’ed same balls red.

I finished expanding the brass then primed almost 500 44 Mag brass.
The bigger thing was sorting out my RCBS APS strip loader. It puts the primers into the strips. It's over 10 years old and was getting to be a PAIN! I pried the loader apart, installed 3 lighter springs where 1 heavy one was warping the plastic, lubed it with bees wax and it now works better than new.

Cast another 800 38's.

Loaded 50 .38 specials.

Cast 195 359-135 Rnswc for my PCC than powder coated them and about 230 454-200 HPs I cast in the fall.
Thanks again Chris for the PCC mold, looking forward to trying them.
Luberisized 120 165 grain 8mm Loverin bullets for my .32 Ideals, then had an attack of clumsy. Dropped them on the floor by the lathe, they picked up a potpourri of grit, so I had to boil 'em clean and do it over.
