Finished off tumbling all the 2400 pieces of 38 brass and 100 pieces of 357 mag. Now I've got to set up the master caster with my DC mold and crank out 2 or 3 thousand boolits.

Just Sayin. I have tried small rifle primers in my nine mill work just fine just a few to test it. I’ve been using large pistol magnum primers cci 350 in all my 10 mill because that’s all I had for thousand rounds and that’s been working well also. Start at the bottom numbers and went up about halfway and didn’t want really hot anyway no chrono.
Finally got a room to store my guns and reloading stuff in the house. So now the only thing I have to go to the shed for is to melt/cast lead, powder coat my boolits and tumble brass. The roughest part was bringing in my bench. Now I just need to make another workbench for wood working projects.
Mounted another press on one of my benches just for sizing. Finished my friends 6.5 creedmoore shells .
Not cast, but I Loaded 983 .223 over the last two days. Think I finally got the quirks mostly figured out on this new load master press the wife bought me for Christmas. I think I need to run the swaged deeper on my .223 brass to make more radius from the former crimp.
I loaded 44 Special
Got my first red dot sight mounted on a rifle (actually an AR carbine). A business associate Santa got it for me. A Sig Sauer Romeo. I know nothing about it, but I am looking forward to giving it a whirl!!

Mounted my Lee APP that showed up a few days ago and I have to say I am worried about the lack of stoutness. It seems like a very light piece of equipment and I will be using it solely for sizing bullets. Guess I will see what happens.

I coated about twenty pounds of thirty caliber bullets with Ben's lube .

Buy it cheap and stack it deep , you may need it !

I loaded some 38-55 squirrel ammo without dies in fireformed 30-30 brass.

Deprimed a couple hundred .38 Special cases, and around 100 or so .45 ACP and .45 Colt cases.
No wad or cup- just any large primer, 2.8grs(.3cc) of Bullseye, push .380" ball into case firmly. I use them single shot only- they might make the trip through the feed system- but probably not. So I'm cool with single loading them.
Deer season is over; but squirrel season never closes in the Cross Timbers!
