You might take a look at Missouri Bullet Company. https://www.missouribullet.com/ I saw a few similar to what you're looking for, you might find something that will work for you. Prices were $47.00 per 500.
Thanks, I’ll check them out.

I would like a sample bullet if anyone has one to spare. I want to compare it to the BD45 many of us have. I’ve the LBT 45-200 WFN but have never found the 230 LFN.

Anthony, if the blueprint for the Accurate 45-230A isn't a straight clone, it's gonna be close enough to inform you greatly.
The LBT 452-230 LFN is indeed a magic bullet that hits hard and feeds slick as greased eel boogers in a 1911. The good news is that once you study it, the magic isn't too hard to comprehend:
1. Meplat of .30" to .32"
2. OAL of about .60", give or take.
3. Shank of about .30", give or take.
This basic formula allows you to seat the entire shank inside the case, the nose radius clears the chamber throat, and the nose length gives you a COAL which combines with the nose ogive that makes your gun think it's feeding round nose FMJ.
Other twists on this theme would be:
Accurate 45-230H (if you want a tumble lube version)
Accurate 45-230F or FT if you have a really tight match throat and need a more pronounced step-down of the nose to clear it.
NOE TL452-234RF, which I launched as a group buy that ended up with the front tumble lube groove converted to a crimp groove for the guys who want to run it in .45 Colt or Auto Rim revolvers.
WWJMBD?
In the Land of Oz, we cast with wheel weight and 2% Tin, Man.
I have a LBT 452-230-LFN mold, it runs through my 1911 with zero problems. After the new year, I’ll have time to cast some up

Bigslug, thanks for the pointer to the Accurate 230-A. The BD45 is his 230-B.

Deplorable infidel
It's pretty much a straight up copy of the BDacp that Veral added to his catalogs after he got back from his federal "vacation". I haven't bothered to buy any to check them precisely, but if there are any differences, they are very minor. It is certainly a big improvement over the 200 grainer that LBT was offering for the .45 acp before Veral had to go away for awhile.
Do you want them as cast or lubed and sized? My alloy usually runs around 12-14 bhn and I use LBT blue lube in the sizer setup for .452.
It looks like we are going to have clear days (we are off grid and on solar) for the next few days and I could get some cast up if you’re still wanting them.

I think RCBS sells a bullet mold similar to that.
Two cavity, cowboy mold.
