Some scrap pine, a 7/16" bit for the powder charge holes, 1/2" bit for the patched .490" ball holes, some stain, a few slaps of wipe-on polyU, 3 cork stoppers, 2 twisted nails, a length of leather shoelace, and some time on the bandsaw and sanding station. Powder charge holes drilled 2-1/2" deep and will hold 80 grains (volume) of black powder, can be drilled deeper for heftier charges.
