Anyone come up with a good way to form 6.5mm jackets?
I draw down sierra 30 cal jackets. I still have a bunch of 6.5s I bought from Richard Corbin back when he still sold jackets.

I have a lot of 6 MM, maybe they can be bumped up to 6.5.
Yep, drawign down 30 cal jackets works great. I have also been experimenting with drawn down 5.7x28 brass for 6.5mm jackets and bullets. Found it will make up to 155 grain bullet before any exposed lead at the tip.
