Potato wedges? Don't have an air fryer - any different than any other rub?

Costco rib rub, now titled Garlic Pepper seasoning in the spice aisle works good on chicken, beef and pork.

my latest find was sriracha salt at the Dollar store.

I'm not sure what you're looking for but you might try a Jamaican Jerk seasoning. I use it on my deep fried chickpeas.
Tony Chachere creole seasoning with some extra celery salt added... that comes real close to the seasoning used on Taco Jhn's Potato Ole's and the stuff is tasty!
2 lbs . potatoes cut into wedges
Toss wedges with 1/3 cup olive oil and 1 pkg. dry Lipton Onion Soup mix.
(Note the oil makes the dry onion soup mix stick to the wedges)
Air Fry or oven roast at 425 degrees .

Here's a homemade steak seasoning I came up with, just playing around. Got tired of the old store-bought, just didn't have the right taste. It is mild, as people around here aren't into a little heat. I jazz mine up as I wish. You can add or subtract from it what you think you might not like. I take potato wedges and put in a deep bowl, drizzle with olive oil and then sprinkle this on it til I'm happy. Can do them on a cookie sheet in the oven or our air fryer.
Homemade Steak Seasoning Recipe
1. Salt 1/3-1/2 cup
2. Coarse Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
3. Garlic Powder 4 tablespoons
4. Onion Powder 2 tablespoons
5. Red Pepper 2 teaspoons
6. Rosemary 1 tablespoon
7. Savory 1 tablespoon
8. Paprika 5 tablespoons
9. Sage 1 teaspoon
10. Thyme 1 tablespoon
11. Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
12. Allspice 1 teaspoon
One of my father's favorite statements: "If I say a chicken dips snuff, look under his wing for the snuffbox" How I was raised, who I am.
I use a lot of "FRY MAGIC" I use it on fish, chicken and even fries. I just add a bit of garlic powder to it. Its nothing fancy and doesn't have an exotic taste. That's what I like about it. Put it on fish or chicken and you taste fish or chicken.
