Looks like the Bond measure, page 199 in Sharpe's Complete Guide to Handloading.
I think you're right Gewehr-Guy.......any idea what it's worth?
2nd version Modern Bond with a missing lid.
It is a good measure, equal to today's measure. Just a little harder to set.

1930-35, they disappeared in the mid 30's. The first ones are from about 1924, i'd have to dig out the old books to get really precise. But this is really close. The early ones are painted black and have a shorter cross shaft.
