All my uniflow’s look like that. As for the bench prime, looks like the only thing missing is the primer cups. They usually sit in 2 holes on the side not shown in the picture so they might be there I can’t tell.

Those primer "punches" are no longer available.
At least that's what RCBS told me 10yrs ago.

You were told wrong.
The current primer rods will work in the older Bench Priming Tool without automatic priming feed arm. At one time I had both. Still have two of the newer style. When I puchased my first in the mid 70's and it was it was the newer style.

RCBS is one company that almost always supports their old tools. They are a phenomenal company in that respect and always reachable by phone.
Not the it makes a difference but I am aware of at least four versions of this tool.
My very first one was the non automatic like you have in your first post. Not sure when they stopped making that style. I recieved it as a gift for loading a bunch of ammo for one of my dads friends. I upgraded that in the mid 70's to the automatic style. That did have the rod holders holes. They latter started adding the storage holes and the current one has a spring return on the primer tube arm.

I put two magnets from a old hard drive on the seating arm, holds both primer punch's and
the clip from the primer magazine.
