I would go with the 22-250 Ackley Improved. When I was real big into varmint hunting, I shot jillions of rounds and reloaded them of course. I wore out a couple of barrels using it too.

I reload 9mm the most. In the last 3 months, Ive loaded 6000 of them. Do this once or twice a year, depending on the free time to shoot. After that, 223 gets loaded around 4000 rounds a year. Then 270 gets around 1500 per year.
shoot 3000+ 357mag/200+ 223/2000+308/1000+ 45-70.all cast by me except some 223 hunting jkt bullets we have to use over here.that my very ruff annual shooting in a normal year.have not loaded for my shotguns but they get a bit of use too
Never worn out a case for 375 H&H or 9mm...…………………………. Just keep loading them time after time after time.....
9mm when I was shooting my MP40 (used commercially cast slugs) as I could dump a 32 round mag in about 4 seconds....

45 ACP is a handgun caliberwhat rifle cartridge have you loaded the most of in your reloading career? How about your most loaded handgun cartridge as well?
For me, it has to be the 22-250 Rem. and the .45 ACP
Me ... 45-70, 32-40 and 30 WCF
