They can be sized after you’ve coated

Check a few YouTube vids on the subject. Lots of good producers explaining the steps to gas check, coat, bake and size.
You can look up "shake and bake" as a search term to see what most guys do for their boolits. Requires the least amount of investment and gets the job done well. I typically size after baking

Look through the 'Coatings and Alternatives' section of this forum. Plenty of info there.
Yes, it is easy to start with. Works well. Is more time consuming than using a lubrisizer.
And to answer your question, yes, most bullets need to be sized. Depends on your gun, bullet mold and alloy you are using. Sometimes, especially with Lee pistol molds, you do not have to size. Some mold mfgs will make slightly undersize molds for those who powder coat.
I use Lee push through sizer. Cheap and fast.
No they do not need to be sized but I like as much uniformity as I can get with my bullets & mixed brass.

First start off with powders that work. Search smoke4320, the powders he sells are proven to work the first time. This will eliminate any guessing on the powder you’re using. Make sure your bullets are “clean” rub them with a cloth containing alcohol or acetone. Clean bullets will allow the powder to stick easier. I bake my bullets for 20 minutes then quench them in a bucket of water. Size them to the diameter of your guns bore then test them
