Today, our daughter (my Step daughter) is going for yet another MRI to see if the brain tumors have grown. You all may recall that Laurie had lung cancer about 7 years ago. She had part of her lung removed and had a good result from the surgery. Sadly, the cancer resurfaced as tumors on her brain about 5 years ago and she has undergone surgeries and radiation treatments several times. She still has at least 3 tumors that were not successfully removed by these treatments. She has, with the help of the Doctors and prayers from you folks, managed to survive so far. Please keep Laurie in your prayers.
On Sunday, January 19, our son (my step son) begins the extremely risky process to harvest stem cells the Doctors hope will allow them to gain control over the Multiple Myelomas cancer he has been taking Chemo for each and every week since July. You all have been supportive of Rob's fight since he was diagnosed last year. Please say a few special prayers for Rob over the next few weeks. Gail and I are so very thankful to have the support of this great Cast Boolit family. Thank you all so much.
