Just to be clear, I'm not being negative about this. I'm jealous of guys who can figure out how to do this. I just rigged my Dillon counters like Morgan did the Enco counters so I can use them with any dies and never have to move them. I'm a lot safer with a fishing leader and an allen wrench than I am with a soldering iron.

Just curious, could you set that up to count the loaded rounds just before they fall into the bin? I really could not see that area of the 650 well in the video.

I ask because I do not have a 650, but I do have 2 550s and a 450 that sometimes for many reasons the press gets cycled but a loaded round may not be there yet?

If the switch could be placed where it gets tripped by the loaded round as the shellplate is being turned to drop it the count would stay correct in those cases.

Thank you very much! I think I will have to give this a try

    Cool:
McDonalds was giving pedometers away a few years ago, I got one on my desk with dead batteries. Another project to add to my list.

I used one of the mechanical counters. I built a small bracket of 1/8 inch steel, which required grinding off that amount from one of the Lee upright support posts and inserting it between the base and the support. After that I simply extended the loose end of the powder drop chain, hooked it to the counter spring, here it is!

Heck, I've got a couple of the Dillon counters that I never use on my 550. Are they really bringing $50.00 on Evilbay?
