+ a powder gauge
and a primer seater looks scary

I like the old rusty look on old rusty stuff. I'd clean them up with a brass brush and spray them down with some oil. You could also apply some boiled linseed oil on the non working parts to protect them.
I once found at a yard sale an antique shotshell loading set of tools mounted on an oak board, $5.00 and I brought it home.Robert
Great score. I like making a quick run thru antique malls that have individual booths. If you ever see a large display of old wooden handled kitchen utensils stop and look closely: I've found two Bridgeport shot shell crimpers hanging on a wall with tag that says "Kitchen Tool? $5.00", two shot shell primer seating tools one tagged "Antique Cherry Pitter the other "Antique Olive Pitter", and several antique aircraft tools tagged "Kitchen Tool?" My life-time goal is to find a nice Trapdoor Springfield trowel bayonet tagged "Garden Tool $5.00". I'm still looking!
OP, there’s nothing to be scared of with that priming tool... they work great. I’ve even made up adaptors to use them with different shells. They generally bring about $5-10 each around here, or at least they did the last time I needed one.

If you decide you want to get the rust off, Evaporust works really well and does not affect the good metal underneath. I'm not suggesting you do it, because some people like the "barn find" look. It's whatever turns your crank.
oil is not needed for them. they will work just fine as is. keep all oil away from reloading. if you must lubricate just use GRAPHITE. leave them as is with the patina on them. remember it took years to get them to that stage. wonce gone always gone!
