Good job. Thanks for posting.
That one shot you pulled would have been a pretty bad ouchie on a live target, so I think you should get partial credit for it.

Howdy!
Love those M-28s..... and -27s ( esp 5” ) !
And also, my custom 4” M-520 heavy barrel !
Great job on the course !
What was the “load” ?
I shoot only .357Mag-level loads in my .357Mag revolvers, and not .38s.
My favorite load is 158-172gr Lyman SWC over 14.5gr WW296; and SP Mag primer.
With regards,

Once again great job, and you have again proven the revolver is still a valid duty weapon.
You can miss fast & you can miss a lot, but only hits count.
Howard, the day I turned 21 waaay back during the waning months of the Nixon Administration, I bought a Model 28 4-inch. This is a big revolver, and you handled that six-inch Smith very gracefully with full-house loads.
HR, thanks for the video, great job, and I always enjoy your work.

I'm a big fan of the Model 28. Owned 3 of them back in the 1970s. This wabbit thought he was safely distant so he stopped, turned around and flipped me off. I handloaded mostly 358156 and 35893 and 357446. Tried some Markell 200gr round nose, too.
Good job, Howard, I too have a fondness for the Big Smiths. It was fun to see that one getting a work out.

Another excellent video. I love the old Smith's.
If it ain't broke don't fix it! I disagree with what you say, but I will defend your right to say it to the death! When people fear the government it is tyranny, when government fears the people it is Liberty!
