Silicon releases the lube without the use of any foil
I made my cake cutters different than most do no plunger to push bullet back out. I use appropriate brass tubing .030 wall thickness and wage the one end down so ID is bullet dia +.005-.008 over bullet dia for a length of .375-.500. On the back edge a piece of tygon tubing is glued to tubing to form a handle/grip. In use just push over a bullet and keep going the bullets fill the tube and when one is pushed in one comes out the top. the tubes original ID is ,010-.0145 bigger than the bullet so the push up easily with only the .375-.500 section holding them in. When finished a dowel pushes the last few thru.
