Cleaned a Sears Roebuck Model 35 pump action 22 rifle I picked up from my fathers yesterday. I don't think it left his safe since I bought him his safe 19 years ago...I couldn't even find (forget about read) the model info on the barrel until I cleaned it. I haven't shot it since my early teens, so looking forward to taking it plinking with my son.
Sized ,expanded and sonic cleaned some 357 mag brass .when they are dry I'll through them in the tumbler for a nice shine .no more teasing for the guy at the club for my scruffy brass.it doesn't shoot any better though!
Lubed and sized a bunch of boolits ... but there are still lots more to go ...
I may have passed my "Best Before" date, but I haven't reached my "Expiry" date!
Sized more .40 S&W brass, then started priming it.
QUIS CUSTODIET IPSOS CUSTODES?

After work, I loaded up 50 more 308 Winchester cases with LEE 200gr Spirepoints that were PC Coated for use in an upcoming test with an AR10.
I Cast my Boolits, Therefore I am Happy.

Attachment 214086I drained and cleaned my RCBS ProMelt. Man! where does all the gunk come from, no wonder I've had some "impurities" in some boolits. Then I sized some Lee 175 gr .401 boolits after powder coating with Smokes Carolina Blue. PUUUURTY

IT AINT what ya shoot--its how ya shoot it. NONE of us are as smart as ALL of us! The more I travel, the more I like right where I am.
De-primed, washed, dried, and tumbled over 300 7.62x54R pieces of brass.
Military bolt-action match, here I come....
Wandered back out and loaded another box of 9mm w/green dot. I want to have more than plenty when I get my new pistol!

Did I ever mention that I hate to trim brass?
Finished the 9mm fmj's- I lost count but it's a small coffee can full of warm Unique loads. Onward to cast.

Primed 400 cases each of 40S&W and 38 Spl, and then loaded 100 rounds of the 40.
Degreased and set up a Redding competition seater die for my 38 Super.
Just finished casting about 300 Lee 429-240-2R. I'm way behind on powder coating, I know what I'll be doing this weekend.
Well, tonight I just found a great big ziplock bag full of tumbled and annealed .303 British brass buried under some boxes when I was looking for something else. Probably 200 + rounds in it. I'm sure there are many more "treasures" hiding down in my reloading shop ... if I could only remember where I put them!

[QUOTE=Bookworm;4283880]Reamed primer pockets on ~300 more 9mm brass.
I have no idea why I continue processing 9mm brass. I don't shoot it all that much. I probably have 1500 ready to load, and about 700 loaded. Add that to probably 2000 more pieces untouched.
Maybe if I stop picking it up off the ground I'll stop processing it.
Maybe.[/QUOTE
Well, at least you apparently have a firearm chambered for 9mm and you shoot it now and then. Now that the 9 is back in vogue I should probably buy one. Can't let all that ammo go to waste!
