308 Jeff- have you tried Lil Gun in your BO? Mine loves it and W296 equally with the 125 Seer TNT.

I went in with the intention of loading something and realized that I only had 9 mm brass left. I have a pile of loaded rounds for the 9mm, and as all of my other brass is loaded except for the 30/30 I went back to the house. I don't have dies for it....but have several hundred already loaded from when I borrowed my son's dies.
I could have loaded some .45 ACP or .45 Colt, but as of now I have nothing to shoot them from so what's the point? Gotta manage to obtain one sooner or later..... preferably sooner!

Did I ever mention that I hate to trim brass?
Sized 40 each .243 Win and .250 Sav and in the tumbler they went. The youngest daughter and the wife need their ammo supply replenished. The .243s will get 95 gr Nosler BT over Superformance and Mama's .250 gets its favorite 87 gr Speer over 4320. Both loads go 3000 fps and drop deer perfectly.

Converted the 650 back over to do 9mm and started to rip off 100 or so of the 356-124 2R Lee's with the WSF load data I use for my Magma rounds. Decided to hold off loading any more until I can test them. Mounted a couple of old lockers to the wall and started filling them with Sterilite boxes of brass. loaded what I thought was my last 20 Win AA hulls for shot shell. Then found another 100 hiding.

Using Mothers Wash and wax with Carnauba wax, dash of citric and teaspoon of dawn. They do get clean. I had been using tumbler for rock tumbling that helt about 1 1/2 gas. Just got too heavy to be lugging outside to hose to wash out brass. Also too big to tumble 50 rounds. The RPM was calculated from design standards for ball mills which would hold brass and pins to 11:00 position before releasing. It would clean so well that you could see inside case with normal room lighting. Makes it real easy to see case head area.
Testing the rounds I loaded yesterday and I'm not pleased with the results. Gonna spin up some other charges tonight and do some more testing hopefully tomorrow. I want to have a few thousand of these by spring. Switching projectiles so back to load testing.
