If using Magma in a Mark IV one simply changes the blocks on the side of the molds. I always simply used the ballisti-cast sprew cutters on my Magma molds.
Changing the sprue cutter is no hassle so I tried to mount magma moulds to my Mark-X but they don't fit as is. They are too wide with the standard mounting keys from Magma. I don't recall the numbers but measuring the keys outside diameter across the Magma and NVM moulds were many millimeters diffetent, I think 3-4, so no wonder they don't fit. I tried to mount them anyway but the screws didn't match up with the holes in the keys. So.... my next project is to grind the keys thinner. Then they should fit, right?
If the outside diameter on the keys are the same, they should fit if the sprue plates are switched over!
I don't have a lathe only a manuel grinder wheel and some files so precision is hard to get.

My MarkIV has adjustments that allowed me to change the width to allow me to use the Magma molds. I have enough of the Magma keys to allow me to install them on my other molds. As far as the spru cutter I still use Ballisti-cast sprus on my Magma molds.
There is no adjustments like that on the Mark-X, so I guess the only way to get the Magma moulds to fit are to modify the Magma keys. I guess that's not rocket science but I have not gotten it done yet.

See the washers? Remove what you need to change the width and the Magma will work. Determine the width of the standard Ballisti-cast mold with the keys on it. Do the same with the Magma. If for example there is .050 difference in width then remove that in order to fit the Magma molds and keys in there. If memory is correct I think the Magma were around .050-.060 wider but then again I haven't measured them in a long long time.
Allright! I see that shanging the washers could work. This seems like a hassle to use one set of magma moulds. If you have many, that's another case....

Ya, all you have to do is basically measure the thickness of the washer group right now and subtract what you need to make the Magma work. If I had yours I would simply machine 4) new spacers for the Ballisti-cast and 4) new one piece shims/spacers for the Magma. Believe me it isn't hard once you do it just remove one section/bolt at a time instead of trying to do all four at once.
Or, you could machine 4 new Magma spacers and then make 4) slotted spacers that would simply slide in when you loosen up the 4) bolts.
Yep, my thoughts also! But there's a but..... I was not able to install a Magma mould left half on the bottom arm on mine. It seems like I have to take some meat off the outside of the keys to get the mounting hole in the key to align up with the screw. It may not be much.
